Hybrid Brow, or fusion/combo brow is a combination of micropigmentation and microblading. Micropigmentation is a technique done with a digital machine which implants pigment a little deeper in the skin creating a very soft and powdery look after healing is complete.

Using a single needle, pigment gets deposited into the skin in hundreds of tiny dots that create an overall powder-like effect—which is unlike microblading, where additional pigment is deposited after the cuts are made. This is best for very sparse brows or no brows, as well as normal to oily skin.
